Simply put we help nonprofits thrive. The work of your nonprofit organization matters and is desperately needed by your community. We want your nonprofit sector to continue its great work and contrary to popular belief, it takes more than just money to make a nonprofit sustainable.
Our work is guided by our nonprofit compass, the four main components that lead to sustainable nonprofit organizations:
Sustainability doesn’t happen overnight or in one decision. It is an ongoing process of strategic planning, fundraising strategy, and execution. That is why we meet you where you are at and develop customized nonprofit consulting services to meet your needs. We see ourselves as an extension of your team. This is exemplified by over 75% of our clients continuing to work with us on an ongoing basis.

KM Clark Consulting Group
KM Clark has performed in an exceptional manner as our consultant for state outreach and partnerships. KM Clark's understanding of the landscape of state governments and organizations has enabled us to refine and improve the services we offer at the state and local level.
KM Clark Consulting group had the vision and dedication to take our successful grassroots local initiative and turn it into a national brand impacting communities through out the United States. They were hands-on from day one assisting with strategically planning growth, developing content, creating marketing plans and building capacity with state and federal stakeholders. They continue to help us grow the initiative which now is the foundation of our sustainability as the profits fund our local community work!
The Boone County Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition utilized KM Clark Consulting Group to conduct an evaluation on the state of the coalition and where to focus our efforts in order to make improvements. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. From working with the KM team to provide information on the background of the coalition to meeting remotely and patching in the entire coalition as we met in Harrison, Arkansas, we could not have asked for a more prepared and professional firm to work with. The insight that our coalition gained through this experience is sure to make a huge impact for Boone County in the future.
